ICS Schedule

Committee Meeting

The Committee Meeting is hold once every end of the month. Purpose of the meeting is
-to plan and decide for the running and upcoming activities 
-to review past events
-to plan and follow up the charity work
-to update the member list, the club fund and the charity fund

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is hold in December. The ICS president will give the summary over the year. All ICS members are welcome and can bring their feedback at this meeting.

ICS-Ball Committee Meeting

The ICS Ball Committee is formed to plan end execute the ICS Ball.
Any ICS member can apply to be in the Ball Committee.

Special Event Committee Meeting

If some special event has to be organized, a smaller group will meet together and plan
the event and it’s details. Any ICS member can apply to be in the Special Event Committee.
