ICS cooperates with restaurants, hotels and shops in Shenyang where you can use your
ICS membership card to receive a discount on your bill. Our ICS members have been
using this since 2005. Generally we have heard good responses from our members. But,
due to the frequent change of staff in restaurants and shops, it might be possible, that
you encounter some restaurans or shops where they are unaware or unwilling of this
discount offer.
In case this happens to you, please give the information to any ICS committee member.
Their contact numbers are listed in the monthly newsletter. ICS will contact the
restaurant or shop to solve the problem or in case delete them from the list.
